Crispy potato
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
- 3 Peeled and boiled potatoes
- 2 Finely chopped green chillies
- 1 tbsp Finely chopped coriander leaves
- 1/2 lemon
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Cut boiled potatoes into pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan,
- Add cumin seeds, turmeric powder.
- Now add chopped potatoes and chillies.
- Stir and fry for about 5 minutes.
- Add lemon juice, salt and coriander. Mix well.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- Crispy potato is ready to serve.
Masala Bhindi
Ingredients.
- 500 gms Bhindi - Ladyfinger
- 2 Big Onions cut in rings.
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Mango powder
- 1 tsp Red chili
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 3 tbsps Oil
- Salt to taste
- Scar the Bhindi in half.
- Stuff turmeric powder, mango powder, red chili, garam masala and salt into sliced Bhindi.
- Take the oil in pan and add the bhindi when the oil is heated.
- fry it on a low flame .
- Add the onions when the bhindi is about to ripe.
- fry it till it turns crisp.
- Serve it with hot chapati and curd.

Super fast rice
1. Jeera rice
Ingredients : -
long / Basmati rice. 1 cup
(jeera)- cumin seed. 1 spoon
cashews halved a few.
peper corns - 5-6 whole
Onions 2 - cut in rings
app. 2 1/2 cups water.
Ghee / Oil 2spoons
lime 1/2
salt to taste
Method : -
Wash and soak the rice for 20 -30 mins.
Heat ghee in a pressure cooker let it heat for 1 minuts.

Method : -
Wash and soak the rice for 20 -30 mins.
Heat ghee in a pressure cooker let it heat for 1 minuts.
add jeera (cumin seed), Pepper and chopped onion fry it till onion change the colour - 1 min.
now add the soaked rice, fry for 1-2 mins
add water and let the cooker vhistle once.
after opening the pressure cooker spread some lime so that the rice will not stick.
add cashue and serve hot.
